Close to 20,000 trees for children at summer camps across Canada are arriving this week (June 19 and 20). Kids will have an opportunity to plant a Wish Tree of their own, make a wish for the planet and return each year to see their trees grow. Campers will receive native evergreen seedlings appropriate for each region in Canada and this environmental education project will be funded by generous donors, corporate partners and The ChariTREE Foundation.
