Apply for the Young Nature Leaders Grant!
“Young people have the power to ignite change. When they take action and advocate for the environment, they inspire a movement of hope, creating a brighter future for everyone.” — Andrea Koehle Jones, founder of The ChariTree Foundation, is a ‘Women for Nature’ member and an award-winning advocate for children’s environmental education.
The ChariTree Foundation is proud to support Nature Canada’s national Young Nature Leaders Grant. Established by Women for Nature, this grant empowers young leaders under 30 to create and implement community-based projects that celebrate the role of nature in Canadian culture and sustainability. With a $1,000 grant for project implementation in 2025, it’s an exciting opportunity to inspire action and environmental stewardship.
Across Canada, passionate individuals and organizations dedicate their time and energy to protecting and advocating for nature. Women for Nature exemplify this leadership, fostering the next generation of changemakers. By nurturing youth-driven initiatives, they ensure a strong voice for nature and a brighter, more sustainable future for all.
